VENUE
Harrup Park is located on Juliet Street, Mackay Queensland. This magnificent site is open air, and patrons are encouraged to bring a camp chair to the event. Please note that picnic rugs are not permitted. Click here for Google Map location.
TRANSPORT / PARKING
Onsite parking is available free of charge, with a short walk to the event entry gates. There will also be a temporary taxi rank. There will also be a dedicated drop off/pick up zone within close proximity to the venue.
TICKET TYPES
General Admission tickets are $159.90 plus booking and credit fees. Patrons with General Admission tickets will receive access to the main lawn area with a view of the stage. This area is unreserved and patrons are encouraged to bring their own camp chair. Kids under 6 are free in the GA area with a paying parent / guardian.
Legends Bar tickets are $299.90 plus booking and credit fees. The Legends Bar is a private beer garden located within 60m of the stage with stage view. The Legends Bar features:

ACCESSIBILITY
Disabled parking is available in an unreserved area within close proximity to the event entry. Once inside the venue an accessible viewing area is available adjacent to the front of house marquee. Accessible bathrooms are located in close proximity to this area. The area is reserved for disabled patrons and their immediate accredited carer. Please note that this is an outdoor venue with uneven surfaces and is open to the elements. If you require any assistance on the day please ask one of our staff.
BOX OFFICE / TICKETING
The Box Office is located at the concert entry point and will be open from 60 minutes prior to gates opening until the headline artist commences. Please have your ticket downloaded and ready for scanning at the gates, and your phone with the device brightness turned up.
TICKETING POLICY
The official ticketing agency for this event is Ticketmaster. Legends on the Lawn takes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agency. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Ebay or other sites are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honoured.
Once a ticket purchase is completed there are no refunds or exchanges available. In purchasing a ticket to this event the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligibility for a refund or exchange.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
It is a condition of entry that all bags, chairs and personal belongings are presented to Security Staff for inspection. Patrons detected with contraband items such as alcohol will be refused entry without refund. Please also note that the event has a no pass out policy so please come prepared for the full day.
PERMITTED ITEMS
You may bring to this event: Camp Chair , Sealed Still Bottled Water ( not carbonated ), Snacks, Rain Poncho, Non Professional Camera ( No professional lenses or video cameras ).
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Items strictly prohibited from entry include: Picnic Rugs, Alcohol, Soft Drink & Non Alcoholic Beverages apart from Still Sealed Water, Umbrellas, Cheese Knives, Glass, Glass Jars, Metal Cutlery, Shade Structures, Tents and Canopies, Pets, Offensive Clothing, MC Club Attire, Bicycles, Scooters, Trolleys, Pets.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
This event will have a large range of food and beverage outlets open for the duration of the day. A public Bar will operate offering a range of Beer, Wine, Spirits and Non Alcoholic Beverages. All vendors will accept cash or card payments.
SMOKING AREAS
A dedicated smoking area will be provided at the event. No food or drinks are permitted inside the smoking area.
MERCHANDISE & ATM
A large range of Artist and Tour Merchandise will be available for sale from the merchandising facility adjacent to the bar. EFTPOS is accepted at all outlets. There is no ATM within the festival site.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Legends on the Lawn is licensed all ages event. All patrons under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent / guardian and remain in care at all times. Patrons under 6 years will be admitted free of charge with a paying Parent / Guardian. All patrons entering the Legends Bar must hold a valid ticket regardless of age.
WEATHER POLICY
This event is an open air concert that will proceed rain, hail or shine. In the very unlikely event of a cancellation, ticketholders will be advised by SMS, Email and social media. The event will only be cancelled if the site is deemed unsafe to proceed / continue. This decision will be made by Event Management, Venue Management and Emergency Services. Patrons are advised to come prepared for the elements with appropriate attire footwear, a wide brimmed hat, sunscreen and rain poncho.
